PSA!!!

Keep an eye on that Temp Gauge!!! When it’s this hot, all those modifications that obstruct airflow over the radiator (lights, winches, bull/nudge bars, angry grilles) can cause a BIG increase in engine operating temps. If you’re out in the woods, the altitude decreases cooling as well. Finally, heavy crawling, towing, fully loaded with passengers and coolers, stop and go traffic, and etc. can lead to overheating and put you in limp mode!

Your 3.6L Pentastar likes to walk on the wild side when it comes to heat all on its own. Keep your maintenance up to date and don’t give that little jerk of an engine any more reasons to leave the chat!!!
