This Week’s New Mindful Movement Classes

What does it mean to move mindfully?

Mindful movement is a way of experiencing fitness where you treat yourself the way you’d want your best friend to treat themselves when they’re working out.
You pay attention to how you’re breathing, noticing the different sensations that come with different movements, and you leave the judgements and expectations of how you should be moving behind.

You can challenge yourself with higher intensity, if that’s what will honor how you’re feeling, or you can move in more gentle ways.
Either way, it’s about moving with purpose, paying attention to the details, and taking in the whole experience.
