I used to run a business that worked, until my mom suddenly couldn't walk.
She was 69. Neither of us saw it coming. I went from traveling for work to being home five days a week caring for her myself. Two years later my daughter was born with a severe brain disorder, and doctors said she'd need round the clock care for life.
It sucked because I learned firsthand what it means to run a business that depends on you for every single piece of it. When life happened, my income couldn't survive me stepping away.
But then I realized the work doesn't have to require your presence. A system you build once can carry the business for you.
Which led me to building the thing I needed for myself, and now I install it for other coaches and consultants: a lead follow up system that runs quietly in the background, so they never have to choose between their work and their life.
