They will be located inside the Safe Harbor South Harbor Village Marina (slip # TBA) We look forward to seeing everyone in our backyard this year and we will see you at the scales 🎣

Please, make time to reach out and let them hear your voice! We need you to speak up! Tell them NO. This would devastate communities and families all throughout the eastern part of NC. Kill off generations of knowledge and ending a century plus year old way of making a living. This is not right. Please help and spread the word to STOP NC HOUSE BILL 442 from going further. It’s a very small way you can make a huge impact not only in your lives but the families that provide you with the freshest wild caught seafood there is!

The North Carolina Senate votes today on whether to ban sh*****ng in ALL INLAND WATERS ALL THE WAY OUT TO A HALF MILE IN THE OCEAN!

That will effectively end sh*****ng and fresh local shrimp in North Carolina. The fleet of trawlers is made up primarily of 3, 4, or 5 generations of "family farmers of the sea, running smaller boats.

The legislators who support this have been bought and paid for by big oil money funneled through the NC Wildlife Federation and the CCA.

You, as a citizen and a voter, are the only ones who can stop the slaughter. Your email, your call, your telegram to your senator, Republican and Democrat, will help stop this abominable vote to end sh*****ng in North Carolina.

Inshore fishing report: 5/25/25

Sunday was a great day! From 8 am to 2 pm, Our baits were put to the test and passed with flying colors! We got to see a full 3 man limit of trout be caught and released with some blues along the way and the elusive flounder made an appearance as well! By the looks of this years start, we will have to be replenishing our stock of trout candy baits soon and keeping you in the loop as to how they do throughout the year! Get yours today before what we have left is sold out! Fish with our baits and we won’t keep you fishing we’ll keep you catching!!

Quick inshore update:

Our “widowmaker” paddle tale put in the work yesterday!! Final report 12/12 on trout (all released) and 3/4 on blue fish. 15/16 on the day!! 👀 All in a matter of 2 1/2 hours. That’s what we call a good day of fishing!! The inshore bite is heating up so remember to carry our baits with you and we won’t keep you fishing we will keep you catching!!

Fellow anglers!! We have good news on the horizon! With the spring season kicking off in the next couple of weeks and summer coming, we are in the process of re stocking our common and highly demanded “catch baits.” We will have new plastics (both size and color choices) available this year. We are also looking to add to our live bait selection (season dependent)Our freshly caught and frozen cut and crab baits will be expanded in variety this year as well. There has also been talks about partnering with a couple of fishing teams for both salt and fresh water competitors, stay tuned for more details on that along with our seasonal and limited merchandise release! We look forward to seeing you on the water this year where when you carry our products with you, you’ll see..We don’t keep you fishing, we keep you catching!!

We have been very busy getting everything we need together for your needs with this winter fishing season approaching.
