Women’s Self Defense Workshop was a great success. These ladies did a fabulous job and left feeling empowered and confident to protect themselves if the situation should arise. Proud of these ladies. Thank you Lit From Within for helping make this workshop happen. We will be doing these workshops once a month with Lit From Within. Stay tuned for dates.
