That’s a wrap on the 2026 season for Ambush.

We finish Worlds 3-2, tied for 13th out of 99 teams.

We came into this year knowing this was our last shot at D out of state, and we built our season around being ready for this weekend. We played up all year, challenged ourselves against better competition, and came to Florida ready to compete.

We started Worlds 2-0 before dropping a tough extra-inning game in our third game. That one hurt. We had an opportunity to stay in the winner’s bracket and put ourselves in a great position going into Saturday, but sometimes one game can change the momentum of a tournament.

We bounced back with another win and kept fighting before our run eventually came to an end.

Obviously, we wanted more. You don’t come all the way out here just to be happy with 13th, but we can be proud of the way we competed and the season we put together.

Thank you to the guys who showed up weekend after weekend, our families and friends who supported us, and everyone who followed Ambush throughout the year.

And a huge thank you to Krave It Denver Pizza & Sandwiches for supporting us and believing in this team all season long. We appreciate everything you’ve done for Ambush.

One hell of a season with a hell of a group.

That’s a wrap on 2026. 🫡

🥉🌎 AMBUSH TAKES 3RD AT MIDWEST WORLDS 🌎🥉

Ambush finishes 6-2 at Midwest Worlds and comes home with a 3rd place finish.

We dropped our first game of the tournament and had our backs against the wall early. From there, the guys fought their way back through the bracket, rattling off win after win and making a run all the way to the Final 3. 💪🔥
