Two weeks post show and I am up ONE POUND from stage weight and ZERO binges. Yes, my hunger hormones are jacked up and I am starving and tired, even at higher calories and lower cardio, but mentally I have a handle on it and that is the best feeling. Thanks for the plan and keeping a close eye on me :)
