Sometimes the things that make us nervous are the things worth leaning into. 💚

For Anthony, yoga became much more than a physical practice. It changed the way he approaches fear, growth, and taking chances, teaching him that sometimes you just have to try, see what happens, and be okay if you fall.

That’s part of what he hopes to share through Dig’s 200-Hour Teacher Training: yoga is personal, adaptable, and accessible. You don’t need to have it all figured out or be able to do the “crazy” poses. You just have to be willing to explore.

And if teacher training makes you a little nervous? Anthony gets it. He’s feeling some of that nervous excitement too.

Our 200-Hour Teacher Training begins September 11. Learn more and sign up at the link in our bio. ✨

A new Thursday night practice is coming to Dig this September 💚

We’re excited to welcome Kristen Woods to the teaching team with An Exploration of Props, a four-week series all about finding more support, clarity, and possibility in your practice.

Using blocks, belts, blankets, bolsters, chairs, and a little curiosity, Kristen will explore how props can shift the way we experience both familiar and more challenging postures. Sometimes a small adjustment makes a big difference.

Sometimes teacher training opens a door you didn’t expect. 💚

When Anthony began his training, he thought he’d use yoga and mindfulness primarily in his work with kids. Teaching adults wasn’t really part of the plan.

Then he tried subbing a class. One class became another, and eventually he found himself with a class of his own and a whole new love for teaching yoga.

Now Anthony is one of the instructors in Dig’s 200-Hour Teacher Training, bringing that experience full circle.

Curious where the practice could take you? Learn more about our upcoming 200-Hour Teacher Training at the link in bio. ✨
