This is one of the most confusing moments for a lot of women especially if you’re relying on a period tracking app.The fluid you see is actually cervical fluid indicating that your estrogen is high and you might be ovulating soon. But what if your app said you already have ovulated?!

When it shows up at a time you weren’t expecting, it can leave you wondering:

- Did I ovulate already… or not yet?
- Am I still fertile?
- Can I trust what my period app is saying?

A lot of women get stuck in this situation because they have never been taught what actually happens during their cycle. Like actually told about it! Because how come we learned about what a “wet dream” is for guys but not the changes our discharge is going through?!
