Muddy, sloppy, haybales....true cross country! The team had a blast at USATF National Club XC Champs! led the crew with a 17th place finish overall! As post-collegiates and as a remote team, there are not many opportunities to compete as a team, so Club XC Champs is such a cool opportunity!

Also, shoutout to for doing the CIM Marathon and Club XC Champs double (back-to-back weekends, but starting with CIM🤯). Andie ran 2:48 at CIM, a 10min PB!

DOUBLE🥇in the 800m/1500m for at the World Masters Athletics Championships in Sweden!

Anna's thoughts on her experience at Worlds,
"There is nothing like competing for your country abroad and wearing your national uniform. It's a great emotional support and boost. To feel an entire nation behind you and to want to win for them and for your team. It's like you are carrying the batton on the biggest 4x400 team ever. Also, the one place where it's ok to have a huge amount of national pride for all nations. The comradery between athletes was also amazing the best I've seen, but maybe that's just what happens at masters after you have loved life."

FIRST EVER ALL-WOMEN'S TEAM TO WIN 🏆

The Cascade Lakes Relay is a 216 mile adventure starting at Diamond Lake, through the Cascade Lakes Highway, and ending in Bend, OR. The team of 12 women finished in 24hr47min.

Congratz crew, what an amazing accomplishment!

🔸️ and .kg opened their track seasons in the Women's Invite 5k. Caroline ran 16:15 for her first track 5k in 5 years(!), and Amelia ran 16:23!

Welcome to the team, !

Isabelle is originally from Stockholm, Sweden, but currently resides in Corvallis, OR where she works in Marketing. Isabelle attended and competed for both the University of San Fransisco and the University of Oregon, finishing 15th at the 2017 NCAA Cross Country Championships and earning All-America honors. She has PB’s of 5k: 16:25 & 10k: 33:44, but now is primarily focused on trail running and will be competing in the Chuckanut 50k in Bellingham, WA tomorrow!

Another amazing addition to the crew

Caroline is from Northern Virginia and attended UNC Chapel Hill and Villanova where she was a 3x All-American in the 5k and 10k and a 3x Big East Champion. Caroline has PBs of 5k: 15:45, 10k: 32:53, 20k: 1:09:27, Half Marathon: 1:15:51, and has 2x Top 10 finishes in USATF Road Running. Caroline is now a nurse in Seattle and excited for more road and trail racing experiences this year!

Welcome to the squad !!

Aoibhe is originally from Kilkenny, Ireland and is currently in Bend, OR exploring the PNW. Aoibhe went to University of Portland for undergrad and University of San Francisco for a master's in public health. Aoibhe holds PBs of 5k: 15:42, 10k: 32:56, was 19th at the NCAA XC Champs in 2019, qualified for NCAAs in the 5k indoor and outdoor her senior year, and has represented Ireland at the European Cross Country Champs 5x! Aoibhe will explore some longer distances (half marathon on deck) and gain more experience on the roads in 2024.

We are so proud of our crew at the Olympic Marathon Trials! .kg all put together great marathon builds while juggling full-time jobs and school and fought to get to that finish line.

✨️Amanda finished 46th (came in seeded 57th amongst marathon qualifiers) and ran 2:37:33: “Amazing supporters! Orlando was very clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The cheer zones were epic and it was beautiful weather (even though not ideal for 26.2miles).”

✨️Amelia was 69th in 2:40:35: “Really great atmosphere! Pretty warm and sunny the last hour+. Such a cool experience to be a part of and to have teammates to share it with – proud of how we showed up and competed!"

✨️Sarah was 80th in 2:42:36: “Such amazing energy with street-lined crowds. Sharing the race with so many inspiring women was an experience I will always remember! Proud of our team for all running tough and finishing the race in tough conditions.”
