World Tai Chi & Qi Gong Day at D.IS. was truly a fun filled event. Guests and students "played" all 6 sections of Lao Yang Tai chi chuan, 5 organ exercises, and Ba Duan Jin. We were going to perform Yi Jin Jing, but we ran out of time!
