Join us for our Welcome Back Fun Skate on Wednesday, August 26 from 5:15-6:15pm on the Community Rink! This activity is open to all NVFSC members (full + junior associate), coaches, and PSU collegiate skaters who’d like to come have some fun kicking off the season with us! No private lessons or program practices may take place during this hour.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who helped out during State Games of America. We’ve heard such kind words from the many out-of-towners who appreciated the warm welcome from our helpful, friendly skating community.

You greeted guests, fielded questions at the registration table, checked in skaters, played the music, presented awards, set up food, and did everything you could to keep things running smoothly. Your help is sincerely appreciated!

⭐️ Special shoutout to our volunteer coordinators, John Kalbach and Ann Birchard, who were at the rink from dawn to dusk throughout the competition. Thank you for your dedication to making the competition a success! ⭐️

NVFSC’s skaters and coaches were in on all the action at the State Games of America opening ceremony! We helped out by representing other states in the parade, then came together to march in with the many representatives from our home state of Pennsylvania. Congrats to everyone who has competed so far, and good luck to everybody who competes this weekend!
