The 22 week bump 💗💗💗
It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything- I decided when we got pregnant that I was going to take a break from EmbraceFit. The first trimester was rough and the only exercise I could do was walking. But now I’m in the second trimester and feeling great! 💯 I’ve been doing Mom Moves program and have really loved it! I love that it’s all planned out, safe, and includes pelvic floor work from a PT.
