—2026 New Balance National Championships—

Congratulations to Sadie Booth on qualifying for and competing in the High School Girls Championship Division Discus Throw at the New Balance National Championships, held at the University of Pennsylvania.

While Sadie did not record a legal mark in competition, two of her preliminary throws traveled into the 130-foot range, landing just outside the sector. Those distances would have placed her solidly in the middle of a very talented field of competitors. Maddison Davis of Atkins High School (Winston-Salem North Carolina) won the National title with a throw of 167’6”.

The New Balance National Championships is one of the most prestigious high school track and field meets in the country, with the top eight finishers in each Championship event earning High School All-American honors.

Congratulations again to Sadie on qualifying for and competing at this elite national meet as a sophomore. We look forward to watching her continued growth and success in the years ahead.
