♦️Who? The recruiting landscape has changed drastically in the past few years with the addition of the transfer portal and putting high school athletes at a disadvantage since colleges will prefer to go into the portal and select a more experienced college athlete.

♦️What? What can high school athletes do to highlight their skill set in addition to their play on the field and in the classroom to make themselves marketable to college coaches? With the busy schedule of college coaches these days creating your digital portfolio consisting of your academic profile, high school video highlights and your SAT Certifed Evaluation Test Scores provided by us and Zybek Sports. Stark Strong Performance

Laura completed her college career as a 4 year Track & Field athlete and earned her B.S. in exercise science from Truman State University in 2015.

Taking the tools she learned from college, internships, and various high level coaches in the NFL, MLB, NHL and Sports Performance fields, she started Stark Stong Performance in 2016.

While continuing to learn under her mentor Troy Jones at the NFL level and master her craft with speed development and injury prevention with the NFL combine, she developed a program to take the tools only seen at the pro levels and share them with middle and high school aged athletes.

Stark Strong Performance’s Speed Enhancement Mentorship program was founded in 2020 to not only share these high level tools, but to also create a lifestyle change sustainable after the program.

Laura will be in attendance at our SAT combine events to work with and educate our student athletes on speed development and injury prevention. She will also be available to offer her expertise as a Coach, Trainer and Mentor.

Global Sports Athletics mission is to provide a one stop platform where student athletes can receive valuable educational information as a student and an athlete.
