The mission of developing better players and better people is made possible by an exceptional Central Office team. NBC Camps is seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our Central Office in Spokane, Washington. In this role, you will help support the daily operations that drive our camps forward, serving as a key resource for camp partners, customers, and staff across North America and beyond.

This position plays an important role in setting our programs up for success through coordinating phone and email communication, providing logistical and fulfillment support, maintaining office operations, and helping ensure that every camp experience is delivered with excellence.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the dynamic and growing youth sports industry while making a meaningful impact on the lives of young athletes, coaches, and families.

We believe defense wins games. That means we can’t just practice our shots—we have to practice defense, too.

D-Wave is an intensive drill where coaches challenge players with endurance, sweat, fast feet, slides, charges and more. Our goal is to develop complete athletes who can score, defend, and make an impact on every possession.
