Barbells for the Girls starts in 1 week 💖 June’s focus is: Foundations 🔥! Each session will be about building a good foundation for future growth!

What is it? 🍑
This is a small group strength training session that gets you comfortable using a barbell and dumbbells, while growing stronger in key movement patterns for everyday life! Each month’s class is based on an overall focus to help you improve in different aspects of training each month. Plus, you receive personal tracking sheets to help you see your progress over the month! 💪🏻
Do I have to come to every class? ✅
Not at all! You can come to any classes you’d like, BUT come to each class in the month is more fun for you to see your tracking sheets fill in!
I just ask you book your spot ahead of time. There are only 5 spots available per class, so walk-ins can’t be guaranteed a spot!
What level of class is it? 📊
This class is for all levels!! There always modifications for beginners or more someone more advanced.
Why should I try this? 🤔
This is not your average fitness class. We’re not doing intervals or HIIT, we’re weight lifting in a small group setting where you receive personalized attention from the coach (aka me) to help you improve in your lifting form which leads to being stronger.
This class is to help you feel more confident in using similar equipment in your own workouts outside of this whether you train with me or on your own!
When is it? 📅
Every Monday @ 6:30pm
45-60 minute duration
The first 2 classes of the month are lower body focused, the last 2 classes of the month are upper body focused. If there are 5 Monday’s, that 5th session is a special layout for bonus weeks!
How much does it cost? 💵
This class is $20 per session, OR
