Find your balance with our 4-Week Tai Chi Program at the Lake Community YMCA! 🌿🧘

Join Tai Chi Instructor Ralph Lorenz as you learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi in a beginner-friendly program designed to:
✔ Improve balance and posture
✔ Strengthen your legs
✔ Reduce stress
✔ Boost confidence and fitness

Participants will learn two new movements each week, building toward a complete sequence of 8 Tai Chi moves by the end of the program.

💗 Your health matters, and we’re bringing resources to you!

Join us at the Eric Snow YMCA on Saturday, September 26, from 8 AM–1 PM for a Mobile Mammography Screening & Women’s Health Fair in partnership with Aultman Imaging Services.

Along with mammogram screenings, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with local health and wellness professionals, learn about community resources, and take part in wellness activities throughout the morning.

The Women’s Health Fair will include:
• Nutrition resources
• Massage therapy information
• Community assistance resources
• Women Veterans resources
• Canton City Public Health nursing services and community health resources
• Additional community health information and resources
• Yoga at 9 AM
• Hip Hop Tone at 10:30 AM

Led by certified trainer Megan R this small group program ensures every participant gets coached with individual attention.
- Teaches form before load – protects joints long-term
- Reduces sport injury risk
- Builds confidence and body awareness
- Supervised every session – not open weight room time
