The season is upon us!!

Practice starts Monday, August 17th at 8:00 am. Meet in the high school gym.

Tuesday, August 18th we will take our individual and team pictures. Meet at the high school at 12:45 pm with picture money. I will hand out uniforms then. We will have pictures taken at 1:15. Then we will practice right after pictures.
Tuesday evening at 6:00 pm will be the fall sports parent meeting at the high school.

Wednesday, August 19th is the first day of school. We will start practice promptly at 3:50 pm in the high school gym.

Aug 17th practices begin. You must have a physical on file before participating.

Aug 17th Practice times:
HS FB 6am-8am
Cross Country JH/HS 8am-9:30am
JH VB 11am-12:30pm
JH FB 3pm-5pm
HS VB 3:30pm- 5:30pm
Girls Golf 4pm-6pm

UHS Cross Country Alumni continues running! Luke George, a 2020 UHS graduate, is still going strong. He had passion for running in high school (qualifying for state his junior year) and is still running. He has previously competed in a marathon and yesterday competed in a half marathon with a time of 1 hour and 41 minutes (which is a great time).
Luke made sure to be sporting his UHS apparel on race day.
Way to go, Luke! We are proud of you!

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Uniontown has the best cross country kids! Yesterday afternoon on a snow day, six of my runners walked up my driveway onto the porch, rang the doorbell and ran around the corner of the house… but not before leaving two wrapped presents on the welcome mat.
Yesterday was my birthday.
They got together and surprised me.
You’ll see in the photos that the gifts were well thought out and personal. I can honestly say that this was a first!
What a great way to spend my birthday afternoon!
These kids are pretty awesome.
