🐬💙💛 UNTY DOLPHINS – BEEGRAPHIX FAN FUNDRAISER UPDATE!

We want to clear up a few questions about our current Fan Fundraiser and make sure everyone knows how it works!

✅ RIGHT NOW – START COLLECTING!
Our fundraiser is officially underway! Swimmers and families should be sharing the fundraiser with friends and family and keeping track of their fan lines and any additional shirt orders.
Jessie has shared an optional tracking spreadsheet on TeamReach that you can use to keep everything organized. You can also keep your own list!

📅 SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31 – SUBMISSION LINK AVAILABLE
We expect to share the online submission link on Saturday, October 31.

PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION YET!

BeeGraphix asks that families wait until the fundraiser is over before submitting their final information. Once your online form is submitted, it cannot be edited.

📅 SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 1 – FUNDRAISER ENDS
Continue collecting and keeping track of your fan lines through the end of the fundraiser.

📅 MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2 – FINAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE
All final fan lines and additional shirt orders must be submitted by the deadline.

💙💛 The most important thing to remember: Collect now, keep track of everything, and submit ONCE at the end!

We appreciate everyone's participation and patience as we work through our first year with this fundraiser.

🐬💙💛 UNTY DOLPHINS FAN FUNDRAISER KICKS OFF TOMORROW! 💛💙🐬

We’re excited to launch our BeeGraphix FAN Fundraiser! This is a great opportunity for our Dolphins to rally their friends, family, and community to support your swimmer! 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

The best part? Our swimmers can have their biggest supporters’ names printed on the back of a special FAN T-shirt! It’s a fun way to show our Dolphins that we’ve got their backs! 💙

👕 HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT A DOLPHIN?

⭐ $20 – Add your name to their FAN list

👕 $25 – Purchase an official FAN T-shirt

💙 $45 – Get your name on the FAN list AND a T-shirt!

Shirt sizes 2XL and larger are an additional $5.

📅 IMPORTANT DATES

🐬 Fundraiser Begins: Monday, October 26

🐬 Fundraiser Ends: Sunday, November 1

⏰ Final Submission Deadline: Monday, November 2, by midnight!

Throughout the week, we encourage all our swimmers and families to:

✅ Share your fundraiser with friends and family!

✅ Post and share on Facebook and other social media!

✅ Set a goal of at least 10 fans supporting your swimmer!

✅ Keep track of your supporters, shirt sizes, and payments!

It’s time to get our Dolphins geared up with their TEAM T-SHIRTS! 👕🌊

The UNTY Swim Team will be purchasing a team shirt for each swimmer at no cost to families!

📣 ACTION NEEDED, DOLPHIN FAMILIES!

Please head over to TeamReach and click the Google Form link to submit your swimmer’s shirt size.

📅 DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21ST!

These shirts are for swim team members only, and we want to make sure every Dolphin gets the correct size!

🐬OUR DOLPHINS ARE MAKING WAVES!

A HUGE congratulations to the 13 Uniontown YMCA UNTY Dolphins who traveled to New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, October 17, to compete in the 63rd Annual Lawrence County YMCA (LWCY) Fall Classic Invitational! 🏆

Several of our Dolphins achieved DISTRICT QUALIFYING TIMES! 🎉🏅

👏 A special thank-you to our coaches for their dedication and encouragement, and to our amazing swim families for supporting these athletes every step of the way!

The season is just getting started, and our Dolphins are already showing us what they’re capable of!
