Roller Derby Fit Squad - Union Roller Derby Fit Squad is a fitness group for women 18+ of any shape or size or who want to get fit! No League, no hitting, no intentional falling. NO WALK INS.

Roller Skating for fitness and fun, we welcome women ages 18+ to get fit while learning the fundamental skills of Roller Skating and Roller Derby. All skill levels welcome! 12-Week Classes are currently held on Sundays at Nothing Fancy Rink in Union, MO and REQUIRE pre-registration. Protective Safety Gear is REQUIRED to participate, including:
Helmet, Knee Pads, Elbow Pads, Wrist Gaurds, Mouthgau

Dear Friends, due to the passing of my beautiful Mom this week, I am postponing the start date for this session, TBA, so I can arrange services out of state and help my daughters and family through this very unexpected and difficult time. Thank you for your grace and patience as we navigate this tremendous change in our home and lives. We will be back to skating soon. 💔😥
