Children, teens, and adults can learn Tae Kwon Do from World Champion, Sam Montgomery, at Sam Montgomery's West Coast Tae Kwon Do.

Established more than 40 years ago, Sam Montgomery’s West Coast Tae Kwon Do has classes for everybody. Whether you are a child, teen or adult, the accomplishments you achieve through martial arts training can last a lifetime. You will learn that Tae Kwon Do is a state of mind, incorporating self-control, kindness, and humility with physical strength and grace. Training in martial arts imparts impo

rtant life lessons, especially to the younger students. The discipline they learn in class can relate to other things besides martial arts. We teach respect and the ability to focus. Along with your mental training, you will acquire self-defense skills and you can develop balance and coordination by improving flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and overall muscle tone. The chief instructor is Master Sam Montgomery. He is knowledgeable in Arnis, Aikido, Judo and Kickboxing. He has amassed more than 150 trophies, including Grand Champion in some of the most prestigious national tournaments. He reached International acclaim when he won the ISKA World Title in full contact karate. He won California State Karate Champion from 1975 through 1979; Battle of Atlanta in 1981; the ISKA US Title Kickboxing 1986; North American Kickboxing Champion in 1987; and finally ISKA World Middleweight Kickboxing Champion 1988. Established in 1978, he has been in business for over 40 years.

Please arrive a little earlier, because we will starting AT 9:00, so don’t be late! Also, make sure to bring everything listed! All of this will be needed!

REMINDER!

This Saturday, April 19, we will begin our black belt testing. For those who are testing for the black belt or next level, you will need to arrive before 9am. If you are late you will have to wait another 6 months. Another Reminder we will be running and testing in our karate uniform. Good luck to everyone testing.
