โ*Side note, for Coach Eliza this is her return to competition after 6 years away. Preparing for a big tournament half way around the world required a mental and physical investment that she had to remind herself of after years away raising kids and helping them achieve goals of their own.

โDiet, a consistent training schedule, mental reps, random waves of anxiety attacks - it was all there and she handled it gracefully.

โ๐ฆ Dean as always is a pleasure to watch compete. Honest to god the Juvenile Blue belt division is serious business as most of these kids have been training 10+ years and competing their whole life on big stages. Dean is right there at the top with the best and we worked hard to get here. That said, we have more work to do and canโt wait to get back at it. ๐ช๐ผ
