My name is Seth Brown and I am a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, Sport Nutrition Specialist, and Group Fitness Specialist, as well as being certified for CPR and AED by the American Red Cross. I have over 20 years combined experience in mid to long distance running competitions and res
istance training of all types. These are experiences that I would like to share with others, while bringing a higher quality of life to everyone that chooses to team up with me on their fitness journey. I've worked with well over 100 clients up this point, that includes everyone from High School/College Athletes to elder Silver Sneakers members. I've also been honored to be a part of 2 region titles over the last 5 years as the strength and conditioning coach of 2 different football programs. Whether it be muscle gain, fat loss, or corrective training to help with imbalances in posture and musculature, these are all goals I can help my clients to achieve. I've had experience with all of them myself and through my own trial and error, along with continuing my fitness education, I have developed numerous proven programs. I am confident providing guidance to anyone that is having trouble meeting their fitness goals, just starting out, or looking to take things to the next level.
