The Hall of Fame Committee is proud to announce that the 1993 Charger Baseball Team has been selected to be honored as a Team of Fame. They will be recognized and introduced at the home football game vs Sand Creek on Friday, September 12, 2025. The Chargers 12U team started play in the Coldwater "Under the Lights" tournament last night, playing at 7:00 PM and 1:00 AM (this morning technically).

The Chargers beat the Motor City Hit Dogs 8-1 in the first game and beat the Coldwater Redbirds 10-0 in the nightcap (early morning?) finishing at 2:00 AM.

Today they play B45 at 4:00. With a win, the Chargers will be in the championship.

The 14U Sandy Koufax team wrapped up their season this past week. The boys played 27 games in a little over a month and developed their skills as ball players. Huge shoutout to Coach TC Case. Not only did he did he do an awesome job with these young men, he also spent countless hours working on the field. Thank you to assistant coach Phillip Snyder, who also worked endlessly on the field and helped devleop these young men. Special thank you to all our sponsors. It takes a Village! This weekend many volunteers worked to improve the Sandy Koufax/JV/12U Field behind the middle school.

The field was in desperate need of additional dirt as some spots were 3'' lower than the grass, which creates playability issues and injury potential.

On Saturday, a group volunteered to move the dirt (wrongly dumped by the HS football practice field by the trucking company) to the middle school field and spread it.
