Last week wrapped up our last Saturday small group session from our extended 12 week challenge. These members showed up & crushed it week after week, cheered each other on & finished strong 💪🔥
I was so impressed by their dedication that for the first time in a very long time, I'm offering a small group SUMMER series! 🌞😎
Understanding that we all will have different schedules over the summer for vacations and events, there are 8 dates (all Saturday at 9:45) vs. hosting consecutive weeks 📅🏋♀️
