If the garage door with the logo on it is open, you’re welcome to use the room and work out. If you take anything into the room like a yoga mat, bands, weights etc, please take it back into the main gym area.

Broken equipment

Please let us know if there are any problems with any of the equipment. We were notified about 4 machines that had problems last weekend. We don’t know how long they had problems for, but as far we know the cable cross overs, lat pull down, and smith machine are all fixed. The best way to notify us is to text the gym number 620-203-2858.

Also, if there are any problems with the door reader between 12-8pm you can go to the adventure park front entrance.

Hot girl summer walk- kids edition… it’s so beautiful today! Let’s enjoy the cooler temperatures together at the farmers market! Meet at apex fitness at 7:00 pm and we will walk a mile north on college and south on main and end at the farmers market. Bring the kids, the bikes, the scooters…. Hope to see you there!
