Galentines- final movement of the final workout. 9:00min to accomplish 30 synchro bar facing burpee’s, 20 squat clean thrusters (clusters), and in the remaining time build to a MAX combined clean & jerk. Way to go women. 2 Hearts, 1 Barbell took it with 250lbs.

The CrossFit Open is calling . . . are you in? The time to register is now!

If you want a judge for your Open workouts and to have your scores posted on the global leaderboard, go to CrossFit.com to officially register! Cost is $20.

If you just want to be part of the excitement without a judge or a leaderboard, know that all CrossFit Firefly athletes will be taking on the Open workouts!

This is a great time to test your fitness.

The Open takes place February 26 to March 16 with one workout announced live each week on Thursday at 12pm PST.

The Open isn’t about being the best in the gym—it’s an opportunity to test yourself no matter where you’re starting from.
