Ithaca High School Girls Cross Country/Track and Field

Both the Ithaca boys and girls XC teams won the Small School Division with decisive victories at Birch Run’s Early Invitational!

The girls put together an incredible perfect 15-point score against all of the small-school scoring teams. Overall, the girls finished 2nd and the boys finished 3rd!

Incredible turn out this morning for Sunday morning practice!!! Easily the most kids we've ever gotten to come on a single Sunday. This group has worked incredibly hard this summer and I'm excited to see how camp goes! GO JACKETS!!!!

It’s that time of the year please come and join us!

We are 2 weeks away from the B #4 5K Run/Walk Presented by Commercial Bank!

This year, Brady would have turned 24 years old on August 19th. We so badly wish he was here with us. This event is more than a memorial–It’s a movement to raise awareness, support mental health, and remind others that they’re never alone. Keep sharing Brady’s light.

Gates will open at 7:30AM on the day of the event and the race will begin at 8:30AM. Kids 9 and under can participate for free and can be registered online at no cost. All are welcome including wheelchairs, strollers, bikes, etc.

We will offer an optional Packet Pickup (registration & race bib) on Friday, 8/14 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm at Ithaca Community Stadium.

T-Shirts will be available for purchase WITH your registration through Friday, 8/7. There will also be a limited selection of shirts available onsite.

Thank you again for your continued support to promote mental health awareness and honor Brady’s memory.

Free physical night is tomorrow from 5:30pm-7:00pm at the High School. Remember everyone needs a Physical before they can officially practice and compete! This is the easiest method as once your physical is done, the form goes straight to the Athletic Office. I highly recommend everyone utilizes this free service through the school!

Attention all current runners, incoming freshman runners, and anyone interested in joining Cross Country!
There will be a Parent/Athlete Meeting on Wednesday, June 3 at 7:00 PM in the high school cafeteria. We will discuss important information for the upcoming season, including:
• Summer training schedule
• Cross Country camp
• Fall competition schedule
• Potential fundraising opportunities

We look forward to seeing everyone there and getting ready for a great Cross Country season! 🏃‍♀️
