You better text or call my number instead of sending email, because I have been buried by hundred email everyday. As you know it is hard to explain the problem you have by words. The best way is video call. That has been our best way to service our customers. So please do that.
PS: let me know if you have or have not received your warranty replacement parts. I sent many out last two weeks. Some of them apparently lost. Pleas update me about that. Thank you!
