Thank you goes out to ACC’s Command First Sergeant, Chief Landry, for taking the time to come out and show love to the Tyndall First Sergeant Symposium. You poured into our undershirts, current shirts and future First Sergeants—breaking down the application process, sharing your expectations of the diamond, and just taking the time to connect with all of us.

We truly appreciate your interest in getting out to the squadrons and seeing firsthand what our Airmen experience here at Tyndall. Your time, insight, and mentorship this week meant a lot.

Wishing you all the best as you approach retirement—just know you’ve always got a place back at Tyndall anytime you want to visit, Chief.

It’s been a good year, Diamond Family.

For some, this was the best year of your career. For others, it included some of the lowest moments you’ve faced.

But we’re still here. You made it.
And we’re moving forward into 2026 with renewed focus, clear goals, and a commitment to outstanding leadership.

As First Sergeants, we stand ready to support our Airmen, Guardians, commanders, families, civilians, and the communities connected to our organizations.

Thank you for the missions you’ve supported, the resilience you’ve shown, and the standards you’ve upheld this year.
