We keep balance with our athlete training at their school or team to give them the extra they need. It's not always what you do, it is how you do it. What athletes need is something that can give them power and speed while also growing their body to its potential, injury

free. At APEC we know that not everyone will be an elite athlete so we focus on developing confidence and work ethic that will translate to all aspects of life. We strive to create a habit of pursuing excellence with our athletes.

Nearly 40 teams from 20 schools joined us at the CHRISTUS Health Athletic Performance Center for Sports Media Day!
These athletes brought incredible energy and excitement as they shared their goals and anticipation for the season ahead with local media. Their passion is a great reminder of what makes high school athletics so special.
