It was a great opening weekend for the fall with our 13u squad! It was a hot weekend but these guys showed a ton of mental and physical toughness and played some solid team baseball.
Now we continue to learn and get better day by day!

Catch43 13u has been improving everyday over the last 4 weeks! It’ll be so much fun to see these guys compete in this weekend in our first fall games.

Every athlete needs something different.

Evaluation day isn’t about testing just to get numbers. It’s about finding out what each athlete actually needs to improve. It’s finding out how the numbers work in conjunction with each other, finding symmetries and asymmetries, identifying strengths and limiting factors, all to develop an athlete that can perform at a high level safely! You may be strong but move slow. You may be fast but are weak.

Big time growth from Samuel Williams this summer!!
Samuel is a sophomore tight end at Southwestern University in Georgetown. Check out his improvements getting geared up for this fall season!

-shaved .15s off 10 yard acceleration
-increased top sprint velocity by 1.6mph
-added muscle mass and re-comped body shaped (tracked with LVPIMAN scale)
