Attention XTC Members - This will be the last week (June 12 – 17) of childcare here at XTC as we are having to make necessary (and sometimes difficult) decisions in consideration of our employees through this transition.

Childcare is provided at Tyler Athletic & Swim Club for XTC members attending classes or working with a trainer.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and have enjoyed the pleasure of watching over your children the past 6 years.

Attention XTC Members - the following will be revised club hours & dates they go into effect:

Friday: close at 7:00pm (beginning Friday, June 9).
Saturday: 8:00 am - noon (beginning Saturday, June 10).
Monday thru Thursday: 5:00am - 8:00pm (beginning Monday, June 12).
Friday: 5:00am - 7:00pm (beginning Friday, June 16).

The 24-hour area will be available during all other hours.

ATTENTION XTC MEMBERS - IN REGARDS TO GROUP FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE & KIDS CLUB FOR JUNE AT TYLER ATHLETIC & SWIM CLUB:

GROUP FITNESS: Burn and Cycle will both have a ticket system. There are 20 tickets for Burn and 10 tickets for Cycle. Pick up ticket at front desk. First come, first serve.

KIDS CLUB: Hours are Monday-Saturday 8am - noon and Monday-Thursday 4pm - 8pm. **Correction - reservations are NOT NEEDED!**

Please be patient as we work with new procedures during this transition. Thank you!

THE MAY GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE WILL RUN THROUGH SATURDAY, JUNE 3RD.

Starting Monday, June 5th the attached Group Fitness Class schedule will begin. As part of our transition over to the new Tyler Athletic & Swim Club, all classes on the schedule EXCEPT FOR KICKBOXING will be held at TASC. During the month of June XTC members are welcome and encouraged to attend these classes at TASC and TASC members are welcome to come to Kickboxing classes at XTC.

Thanks for the shout out Jessica Clinton! What you can't see here is...
- full time nurse works nights(edit- she works days, and gets up to come to the 5am class before her shifts)
- got married during this time
-full time mom of two boys
- was restricted in certain movements because of shoulder injury.

What you can see.... results!

Consistency pays off, not excuses.
