I'm looking to add a guy or two to my group high intensity training program. This is program is geared towards fat loss and lean muscle gain! I've got one guy already committed and need atleast one more! The time slot will be somewhere between 11:30-12:30 or 12:00-1:00. If you've never tried a group session, I HIGHLY suggest it. *Hump Day Workout*

- This was my leg workout from last night and I'm feeling it today! Try this Branch Bodies M.I.T. pump style leg workout and get ready to walk on your hands afterwards! -

Plate Loaded Seated Leg Curl - 2 warm up sets followed by 3 working sets @ 12,12,10,10,10 ascending in weight. (Dorsiflexion)
Working Set 1 - 90lbs
Working Set 2 - 115lbs
Working Set 3 - 115lbs

Leg Press - 1 warm up set followed by 4 working sets. 30 reps each set.
Working Set 1 - 2 (45s) per side
Working Set 2 - 3 (45s) per side
Working Set 3 - 4 (45s) per side
Working Set 4 - 5 (45s) per side (last set was rest pause style, 22 reps followed by 10 sec rest then finish with 8 reps)

Freemotion Squat - 3 sets @ 200lbs. Keep feet close together and use outward heel intention (vastus lateralis emphasis). 3 second negative followed by 3 second concentric (no lockout).

-Superset-

Leg Extension - 3 sets @ 150lbs for 20 reps. (3/4 reps from bottom). Start with 10 dorsiflexed reps followed immediately by 10 plantarflexed reps.

Barbell Lunge - 3 sets @ 100lbs for 8 reps each leg.

Kettlebell duck squat - 1 set @ 54lbs for 100 reps. Stay on heels and pump out reps fast!
