🚨CLASS UPDATE🚨

Tomorrow's classes will be cancled for Thanksgiving, as well as the women's classes and open mats Friday.

Class schedule will resume as normally scheduled classes on Saturday.

Kids classes will be scheduled for normal time, while adult classes will be cancled and will be replaced with OPEN MATS from 11-1:30.

Last week’s leg lock intensive was a success. If you’re one of the few that missed it, worry not… you’ll have time to contemplate the repercussions while you’re getting heelhooked by whitebelts next week. And speaking of next week, make sure you don’t miss it… it’s the last week of the month, which means we’ll be doing competition classes complete with peer pressure, crowd noise, corner coaching, burning lungs, and everything else necessary to simulate a competition environment.
