To everyone who came to line dance with Hayloft Hall tonight at the Twin Falls County Fair — we are so sorry we weren’t able to dance with you.

We were scheduled on the ICCU Free Stage at 7:30 PM and arrived at 6:45 ready to go. As was the case yesterday and last year, the sound system and sound crew for the Free Stage are provided by the Twin Falls County Fair. Unfortunately, tonight that crew was not at the stage and we did not have access to the sound system ourselves.

We asked the fair office for assistance and were told everyone available to troubleshoot was working the concert. We waited until 7:45 hoping a solution could be found, but unfortunately we could not provide the quality, fun experience we pride ourselves on without sound.

To those who showed up specifically to dance with us: we were there, we were ready, and we are incredibly sorry we couldn’t dance with you tonight.

Come see us at Hayloft Hall soon — we owe you a dance. 🤠

We love supporting our community, but this one hits especially close to home.

Some of our earliest memories of dancing weren’t in a dance hall or on a dance floor—they were right in the kitchen with the head matriarch of our family. She taught us how to laugh loudly, love deeply, turn up the music, and dance whenever you got the chance. We later lost her after a courageous battle with breast cancer.

So when we have the opportunity to support an organization that gives back to women battling breast cancer, saying yes is easy.

Hayloft Hall was built to be more than a place to learn a few steps. We want it to be a place where our community can gather, celebrate, laugh, make memories, and dance freely together—because we know firsthand just how precious those ordinary moments can become.

We’re incredibly proud to support Chicks n Chaps and the women they serve. Here’s to community, to strong women, to the ones we’re fighting alongside, and to the ones we’ll keep dancing for. 💕
