✨Gratitude✨
Something I’ve been intentionally focusing on lately…
Living in a constant state of gratitude.
We hear it often, be grateful, be thankful for what we have, but to consciously try to live from this place at all times brings a whole other level of abundance and fulfillment to it.
I’m a big believer in what we choose to focus on expands. Where our focus goes, our energy flows. We attract what we put out. Focusing on gratitude and living each day with a grateful heart is the key to abundance in all areas of life. 💫
To wake up, and immediately go to a place of all that is right, all that I’m thankful for, the little and big things, all that I’m looking forward to, and to be just as intentionally grateful for the hard stuff, the times I felt inadequate, the times I felt excluded, the fights, the conflict, the struggles, the challenges, the failures, the pain, the tears….
To be truly grateful for it ALL changes EVERYTHING.
So for the next 30 days (I plan to continue beyond that in my life just maybe not always on social) I’m going to be sharing something I’m grateful for every day on social, it may be a positive thing, and it also may be a really hard thing that I went through. It may be a post or a video.
