Before January starts, this matters:

If your plan already feels heavy, that’s not a failure.

It’s information.

Most change efforts begin by increasing pressure —
more rules,
more intensity,
more urgency.

Most busy professionals don’t fail because they lack ambition. They fail because they’re drowning in noise — too many priorities, too many “shoulds,” too much pressure pulling them in a hundred directions.

When everything feels urgent, nothing moves forward.
