This page is run by lake members and friends in the community who want to share the magic of Twain Harte Lake and the awesome granite dome known for generations as "The Rock." The rest of the year, it is open to the public. This page does not reflect any official policy of the Twain Harte Lake Association.

So bummed! Lost a pair of high end gloves at Twain Harte Lake yesterday as I was taking pictures for Twain Harte and Twain Harte Lake - the place pages! I can’t afford to replace them so close to Christmas, they’re expensive gloves!

UPDATE: We are waiting for the Public Health Department to test the water. This takes a few days. So the lake is closed for the weekend.

The lake is CLOSED temporarily through Fri the 25th. See the web site for a future update on if it can be opened back up on Saturday or a later date...
