The foundation of our services is based on identifying deficiencies and establishing the best approach for unleashing an athlete's maximum potential. Our team of doctors and trainers has expertise in performance training, injury prevention/correction, and sports nutrition for youth to professional athletes. Our goal at Delta Prep Academy is bigger than getting kids through a workout. We’re preparing young athletes for the expectations, competition and opportunities that come with high school athletics.
