For many years, Mike has been a RoughFit staple, bringing laughter, energy, and consistency to every workout. Mike is all about staying fit! He’s still hiking mountains, tackling adventures, and proving that fitness has no expiration date.
One of Mike’s favorite pieces of advice?
“Allow yourself to struggle and fail—but never stop showing up.”
That’s what RoughFit is all about. Not perfection. Not being the fastest or strongest. Just showing up, again and again, until healthy habits become part of who you are.
