U-Haul, that is.
BIG Orange truck,

Wasn’t too long, people are a jumping left and right,

For those who are interested, the skydiving team, Beyond the Blue Patriots Parachute Team, will parachute into the west campus of Providence Baptist Church on Friday, December 15th, between 1:30 - 1:45 CT, prior to the memorial service in honor of Buddy Blue.

With a broken heart, I must pass on the sad news that Buddy Blue passed away peacefully this morning. Please keep Diane and the family in your prayers. I'll post arrangements when they are available.

I'm saddened to report the passing of Walt Rosso. He died this morning.
I have no other information at this time.
Please pray for his family.
He will be missed.

Operations at Skydive Opelika are under indefinite/permanent suspension, per DZ Owner/Operator.

Until certain legal issues are resolved, Buddy has decided to close down. He MAY open back up down the road for licensed skydivers who are members of USPA. He will no longer accept student skydivers or tandem students. Keep an eye on the "Skydive Opelika" FB page. As things resolve or develop, I'll keep you posted.
