Join us for the 2nd Annual John Chavez Memorial Golf Tournament as we continue to come together to celebrate the life, legacy, and memory of a man who loved the game of golf.
This year's tournament will help continue the vision for the John Chavez Memorial Golf Scholarship, created in his honor to support Latino and Latina students who share his passion for golf and are pursuing their education or careers in golf and related fields.
We are currently looking for:

⛳ Golf organizations & programs — Organizations interested in partnering with or promoting the scholarship
🤝 Community connections — Anyone passionate about expanding diversity, opportunity, and access in golf

**John played alot of Fastpitch back in the day. He played with the Aztecas, Pirates and the Reds. John passed away September 19, 2025, please come and honor his memory. **
This event is for Adan Garcia’s niece and nephew, Xavier and Selena Salas’s grandfather.
