IN HONOR OF MEMORIAL DAY

Instead of doing our regular Saturday fitness at the park, we will be conducting a RUCK March at the river walk in Tuscaloosa.

We will meet at the river walk at 2 pm (normal time) near the Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt Shop. We will begin the march about 15 minutes after 2:00 and will be taking a moment of silence at 3:00 pm.

The March (walk) will be from one side and back with weight in your bag.

You only need to bring a steady backpack.

We are accepting donations to help aide the company with newer and better equipment!
