As a Tuscaloosa native, and a longtime Indian Hills member, Elliott is a true fixture of our community. Whether he’s on the golf course, enjoying a meal at the overlook or spending time with his family at the pool he knows the club well! Elliott is a partner at Thornhill CapitalManagement, adhere his wife Nadia are the proud parents of two daughters.

Sometimes the best dishes come from the people behind the scenes. This week at The Overlook, Chef Paul is highlighting one of Sous Chef Dave Leopard’s specialties, and if you know Dave, you know he puts heart into everything he creates.

Our latest feature pairs an Iberico bone-in pork chop with Tillamook cheddar stone-ground grits and Dave’s famous collard greens. Finished with Dave’s white barbecue sauce, our charred tomato glaze, and crispy beer-battered Vidalia onion rings, it’s a dish that’s comforting, flavorful, and made to be shared.

We can’t wait for you to come taste what we’ve prepared for you at The Overlook!

It’s been a busy and exciting season at Indian Hills, from Mother’s Day and Member Guest to pool season and Crawfish & Kegs, and we’re so grateful to see the club more active than ever.

This week’s feature is a perfect taste of summer: Charbroiled Baja Bluefin Tuna topped with deep-sea red crab, served alongside crispy Idaho potato wedges and finished with sizzled leeks for a little extra crunch. We’re bringing it all together with our signature ruby drizzle and a bright cilantro lime crema that gives the dish a fresh, backyard barbecue feel.

Light, seasonal, and full of flavor, we can’t wait for you to come taste what we’ve prepared for you!
