If you're wondering which workout session to join, here is a break down of each session offered at Project Athlete.
FITNESS: This session is around a 45 minute workout combining resistance training, HIIT, and yoga movements. It is a station style workout with one-on-one instruction, so you can pop in during any of the "fitness" times on our schedule.
VERTIMAX/AGILITY: This session will be exclusively on the Vertimax. You will increase your vertical and will cross-educate with your speed and quickness.
STRENGTH/POWER: You will lift weights to build strength and combine this with speed to increase power.
QB'S: This session is for quarterback training. You will learn the proper throwing mechanics, practice footwork, understand how to go through your progressions, etc.
MAKE UP SESSION: Miss your time during the week? Any membership can come to this session to make up your workout.
