Happy Mother’s Day to the most amazing woman I’ve ever had the pleasure of sharing my life with... I love you, I adore you, I appreciate you, I respect you and am so lucky that you have accepted me as your life partner. I wake up every morning feeling blessed that you walked thru that door just by chance on a Sunday morning that changed our lives forever ❤️ I wake up every morning, look over at you & realize how much my outlook on life has changed now that I get to share it with you. I used to think that I’ve peaked and it was all down hill going forward NOW I’m doing CARDIO in the hopes that it’ll extend every minute that I get to spend with you.... HAPPY MOTHERS DAY BEBITA

It was a good run but unfortunately I lost my day in court and I am forced to close the doors & liquidate KSS. Any interest in equipment or taking over as a turn key let me know. Thank you everyone for the support!!!

In light of the most recent COVID-19 update from our Gov Phil Murphy, we will be closing at 8pm tonight and staying closed until further notice. We are currently looking over all of our options and will be back open as soon as we’re able. We understand how important all of your training is and we’re going to fight this to get everyone back to working out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and stay safe out there!

Coaching seminar with was a blast this weekend! Good luck to all the coaches on their Final UPSA Coaching Exam! Lord taught you guys a lot but I’m sure the exam will go great! Proud to see so many new powerlifting coaches!
And thank you to all our members! I️ know we were closed all weekend for the course but we’re back to normal hours this week! 👍😊

Cambered bar on the mono is a recipe for a great squat! The cambered bar forces the lifter to really control their squat and use their core so the bar doesn’t swing around. It’s a great option for athletes that need to practice ab bracing and control on their squats, for powerlifting or their individual sports!

I didn’t wanna know what I did until I did it and I couldn’t believe ittt. I usually pick my lifts apart but there’s NOTHING I don’t like about it. Imagine that😂😅
Thank you to the spotters and people that cheered me on. We just joined but you guys treat us like we’ve been there for years❤️
