Hello Current and Future Bulldogs
Open gyms will be Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 1-3pm in Bulldog Arena starting June 29th through July 15th.
Must have a current AAU youth membership to participate. Please bring a printed membership card with you to your first open gym. You will not be allowed to participate without it.
Also, must be without any Covid symptoms or close contacts. Masks are mandatory. Bring plenty of water, and correct shoes. Knee pads highly recommended.

All athletes need to be thinking ahead. If you delay your physical you may experience difficulties in getting a physical next year since most insurance only allows one a year. So do not wait...complete you sports participation packet and turn into athletic trainer ASAP.
If you wait until October what do you do next year when you need it before August?

Hello THS Bulldog Volleyball Players,
We have been given the green light to begin conditioning only next week. I will have two sessions. An 8:00-8:45am and a 9:00-9:45am session Tuesday's , Wednesday's and Thursday's. Help spread the word. Athletes whose Last Name begins with letters A-M will attend 8 am session, and N-Z will attend 9am session.
We will meet in the Rally Court. You must arrive and leave on time. No hanging out, and no physical contact with each other. You must maintain a minimum of six feet of social distance at all times. Conditioning is limited to 25 athletes per session. No exceptions to these rules. Bring your own water bottle. I highly recommend a yoga mat.
We will not meet June 23, 24, 25, and 30 because I will be out of town. We will resume on July 1st.
