Harding Performance Bootcamp is a fun and energetic fitness workout program that includes, motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training, all designed to get you the body that you want in safe and fun environment. *How to get started-

* You will have to know what time that works best for you as space is limited. This includes measurements, weigh-ins, body fat percentage, and goal setting prior to beginning the class. The workouts mainly consist of strength training, agility training, calisthenics, plyometrics, bodyweight training, cardio, core strengthening and conditioning. The class usually lasts up to an hour at the most
What to expect-
1. There is a total of 18 sessions which you will see life changing results which will burn fat, gain muscle, tone up and work your way into a total body transformation. You will get physical and emotional freedom in 6 weeks of camp
2.6 Weeks of FUN! Let’s face it…if it’s not fun…you don’t want to do it. That’s the #1 reason men and women struggle with their fitness and weight loss…they’re not having fun doing it! Not anymore. Harding Performance Bootcamp is TONS OF FUN. You’ll get a body-slimming workout, lose weight and inches, feel great about yourself, accomplish more, increase your energy and improve your life in so many ways…and you’ll have FUN doing it. Which is why you’ll keep coming back for more, and keep getting more and even better results with each passing week.

6. Not to get yelled at- This isn't your typical military boot camp where there is yelling and screaming in your face. I believe in fitness through motivation, inspiration and challenging you to do things you normally wouldn't do when you walk into a gym.
7. Block your fat storage hormones- Stress releases cortisol and too much cortisol can slow down your metabolism which will cause you to gain weight. Excessive stress even affects where we tend to store fat. Higher levels of stress are linked to greater levels of abdominal fat. This class will reduce your stress levels reducing in less cortisol which ultimates leads you to the body you desire to achieve.
8. NUTRITION- Nuritional and diet help which encourages you to make it a lifestyle change rather than a diet. Guiding you to eating 5-6 meals a day which boosts your metabolism and will increase your rate of fat burning and gaining muscle.
9. Metabolic circuit training- This is my philosophy and why I enjoy using this method for majority of our workouts. Think of a metabolic circuit as interval training mixed with resistance training. That means you get the fat-burning and heart-busting benefits of intense cardio along with the muscle-building properties of a weight workout. So basically, I want you to burn as many calories as possible throughout the workout and even afterwards while our heart rate is in fat burning mode!!! Price- 130 dollars, basically 6 dollars per workout for an hour!!!!

Terra had over an 11% weight loss and an astonishing -8% body fat reduction!!

My favorite question asker we have 🤣.

So incredibly proud of Terra, we had no doubt in our minds she was gonna kill this competition.

You won't find a more adventurous person than her.

She puts in the work, changed her mindset and went to work and did exactly what was asked of her.

We told her to get to class early and work on hip/low back mobility. She was there every workout 15 minutes before, staying after to finish.

The Transformation Contest Results are in...

Coming in 1st place for the BODY FAT Category is John Chavez.

John lost 7.8% body fat during the 6 week challenge.

At age 58, I've seen it and witnessed it for years first hand there's absolutely no one that pushes themselves each workout, each set, each rep than John.

Comes in before class, stays after class, plays basketball on off days, he is the perfect example of doing things the right way and we all look up to you.

You can catch him dancing in between sets and grooving 🕺 but once he touches that weight it's absolutely go time for him.

He absolutely deserves this and we are beyond excited for you getting you closer to your goal!!

✅️Take a Before and after Picture (multiple angles). As much showing as you are comfortable with and send them to me!

Harding Performance 2025 Transformation/Biggest Loser Contest $1000 winner goes to

Anwar lost 23.5 pounds which was an incredible 10.8% weight loss and 5.7%body fat!!!

He 100% took it up a notch for this challenge and I can honestly say there wasn't one exercise he didn't give full effort on

He made sure every rep mattered and pushed himself to the limits which was so inspiring to watch!!

Stayed after class to make sure he finishes his workouts, he did everything you would want to do and above that and the results simply show!!

Coming in 3rd place is

Joey lost an astounding 22.2 pounds and 4% body fat during the 6 week challenge!

By far the most overall strongest guy we have here and it shows every single workout.

Not only that but now since being lighter he's been able to complete a 48 inch box jump!!
